1/ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 (noon).
  
  
• Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and is subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.

A. Early Check-in:

• Before 09:00: 100% of the applicable room rate will be charged.
  
  
• From 09:00 onwards: 50% of the applicable room rate will be charged.

B. Late Check-out:

• Before 18:00: 50% of the applicable room rate will be charged.
  
  
• After 18:00: 100% of the applicable room rate will be charged.

For guests staying under an All-Inclusive package, the package benefits are valid from the official check-in time until the official check-out time.

• For the fastest and most convenient booking experience, guests may contact CostaBella Resort Nha Trang directly or make a reservation through the Resort's official booking channels.
  
  
• Booking and payment instructions, including the applicable deposit deadline and cancellation policy, will be provided in the booking confirmation.

2/ PAYMENTS

• All reservation payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms and deadlines stated in the booking confirmation.
  
  
• All payments shall be made directly to the Resort's bank account in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or United States Dollars (USD), subject to the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

• All applicable bank charges and transfer fees shall be borne by the remitter.
  
  
• Payment will be considered completed once the Resort receives the required amount in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
  
  
• For any payment made by bank transfer, guests or booking partners should provide the relevant booking reference or payment details to the Resort for reconciliation.

• The Resort will not be responsible for payments made to any unofficial or unauthorized account or payment channel.
